Welcome to Wolfpack Billiards. By accessing or using wolfpackbilliards.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

About Us

Wolfpack Billiards is a Texas Limited Liability Company. We design pool and billiards apparel, accessories, and digital goods, and fulfill orders through our print-on-demand manufacturing partners.

Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Orders placed by anyone under 18 must be authorized by a parent or guardian.

Account Registration

You may create an account on our Site for faster checkout and to track your orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, mockups, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing. If we cancel an order because of a pricing or inventory error, we will refund you in full.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once your order is accepted and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments and supported payment methods.

The Give Back Program

10% of every Wolfpack Billiards sale is contributed to a community give-back fund, which is distributed at tournaments based on community votes among three rotating recipients: league entry fees and player sponsorships, youth billiards programs, and tournament prize pool contributions. The give-back commitment is part of every purchase you make.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the Wolfpack name, logos, designs, photographs, and written content, is the property of Wolfpack Billiards or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our written permission.

User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site (collectively "User Content"), you grant Wolfpack Billiards a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You represent that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with the Site's operation, or use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others.
