Refund Policy
Wolfpack Billiards is a print-on-demand brand built by and for the pool community. Every product is made to order through our manufacturing partner. Because of that, our refund policy is specific — please read it carefully before ordering.
What we accept returns for
- Defective or damaged items. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or shipping damage, contact us within 30 days of delivery at csilva@wolfpackbilliards.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund — your call.
- Wrong item shipped. If you received the wrong product, size, or color, we will send the correct item at no charge.
What we do not accept returns for
- Buyer's remorse — wrong size ordered, changed your mind, did not love the fit. Because every item is custom-made, we cannot resell returned product. Please use the size guides on each product page before ordering.
- Items more than 30 days from delivery date.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email csilva@wolfpackbilliards.com with your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos if relevant. We respond within 2 business days.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders are released to production within 24 hours. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. After production starts, we cannot modify the order.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
The Give Back commitment
10% of every Wolfpack sale goes to the pool community give-back fund. If we issue a refund, the give-back portion is refunded along with everything else — we only count completed sales toward the fund.
