Shipping Policy

Wolfpack Billiards ships worldwide. Every product is made to order through our manufacturing partner and ships from facilities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the EU, and Australia depending on the product and your location.

Processing time

2–7 business days after you place your order. This is the time we need to print or embroider your item before it ships. Most apparel ships in 2–5 days; embroidery and specialty items (Columbia PFG, Columbia Vest, hoodies with patches) may take up to 7.

Shipping time after processing

United States: 3–5 business days standard.
Canada: 5–10 business days.
UK and Europe: 4–8 business days.
Australia and New Zealand: 5–10 business days.
Rest of world: 10–20 business days.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Each product carries its own shipping profile because items are produced in different facilities — if you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking information is updated by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to begin showing movement.

International orders — customs and duties

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at csilva@wolfpackbilliards.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping charges may apply.
